Job Title: Manager- Internal Audit

Job Location: Vadodara (Baroda), Gujarat

Job Description:

Formal prerequisites for the position:

- At least 6 years in internal audit with manufacturing unit (preferably MNC). Preference will given for experience in BIG 4.

- Knowledge of process audits, risk based auditing

- Must be a Chartered Accountant

- Knowledge of SAP-ERP

- Experience in interacting with & presenting to Board of Directors, Audit Committee

- Good interpersonal skills, writing & communication skills, fluency in English

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office - word, excel, power point

- Should be ready to travel on short notice anywhere in India

- Knowledge of internal audit / internal control compliance requirement under companies act

Tasks:

- Field visit to any place within and out of India for Internal audit

- Internal audit of different units

- Highlight the effectiveness and efficiency of the key operating processes and improvements or continuous improvement opportunity

- Listing audit issues and discussion with Audites at all levels

- Recommendation to auditee for process improvement

- Report preparation & discussion

- Preparation of presentations for various review meetings

- To make presentations / reviews before Senior Management, Board

- Coordination with Auditees for successful and timely completion of audits

- Provide ‚value-added‘ services to meet the expectations and demands from management

- Administrative work related to Internal audit; such as filing, documentation

- Acquire knowledge on all processes, guide lines, standards of Group

- Train on Internal audit, internal controls to junior staff, Auditees

- Ensure proper internal control with internal audit process
