Manager - Internal Audit - Insurance - CA

7 Roles open at Manager Level.

Each of the positions would require to support Stakeholders in Middle East / HongKong / Americas etc.

Must Haves:

MUST Qualified CA (Pref Batch 2006/07/08/09)

- Minimum Work Experience (Years) - 4 - 8 Years

- Experience / Good understanding of Insurance industry

- Willing to travel (approximately 40% to 50%) Internationally / Asia region / India.

- Big 4 experience preferred

- Proficiency in SOX, Internal Audits, Auditing Standards

- Execution and management of audit assignments to ensure that all business risks are anticipated, recognized, and appropriately managed before they can adversely affect the company.

Auditing:

- Performs routine to moderately complex financial and management audit assignments with a variety of tasks and duties.

- Provides technical expertise and advice to assist with the planning, execution and reporting of a major audit study.

- Lead and/or execute (independently or in team) routine to moderately complex audits of information systems processes for assigned business units.

- Assists audit management in communicating findings to business clients

- Consults with clients in developing action plans to resolve control issues or risks.

- Performs other duties as assigned or required.

- Serves as a liaison to external auditors.

Relationship Management

- Communicate findings, develop resolutions with IA management and the business clients.

- Consults with clients in developing action plans to resolve control issues or risks.

- Handle the resolution of high risk issues with management.

- Maintain an ongoing relationship with key business contacts.
