Manager - Internal Audit - FMCG - CA

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Internal Audit Manager with an MNC FMCG firm based in West India.

Ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountants with relevant exposure of 3-5 years, one who will be able to create:

Key responsibilities :

- Internal audit plans and strategies

- Risk assessments and identify the areas of improvement

- Develop internal controls and processes.

- Prepare audit reports

- Coordinate with senior management

- Coordinate with external auditors

- Maintain audit documentation and records

- Manage Internal Controls agenda

- Develop and implement strategies for process improvement

- Identify and assess potential risks to the organization

- Develop annual audit plan

- Maintain the professional ethics and integrity
