- Lead and manage Internal Audit & Compliance assurance Services for various SEBI registered intermediaries such as Stock Brokers, DPs, Investment Advisers, etc.

- Help design, implement, and maintain audit procedures and risk Assessment processes.

- Analysis of internal processes such as enhance supervision, Margin collection & reporting, client funding, settlements of funds, Pay in- Payout review, cash & cash equivalent, etc.

- Implementing various circulars issued by Exchange / SEBI

- Thoroughly monitor the issuance of the audit reports' compliance

- Keep track of internal audits
