Manager - Internal Audit - CA - eCommerce

We are looking for an experienced person for the post of "Manager - Internal audit" for Gurgaon

Location:- Gurgaon.

Experience - 4+ Years.

Industry Pref. - From E-commerce Industry only.

Edu. Qualification:- CA

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Lead the company's Internal Audit function for Pan-India business. To set-up the internal audit function in the company

2. Review and update the existing SOPs for mitigating business and statutory risks and incorporating best practices

3. Take the lead in strengthening operational processes and financial controls and implementing best practices. Identifying gaps in existing process and suggesting ways to fix them.

4. Prepare monthly & quarterly audit reports for senior management on status of audits and corrective measures implemented

5. Lead the project for implementation of Internal Financial Controls over Reporting (IFCR) in the company.
