Job Location: Bangalore & Chennai

Current Location : Anywhere in India. (ready to relocate to Bangalore & Chennai)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Candidate is expected to work closely with the Director / Partner to build client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills :

- CA Passed out 2009 to 2012 experience in working in Internal Audit or in a similar environment (Audit and Accounting firms) Manager

Job Description:

- Involved in assignments across various solutions such as Internal audits, Business process reviews,

- Designing standard operating policies & procedures, process & controls reviews, business risk assessment, ITGC reviews,

Internal Financial Control (IFC) designing & testing.

Business Process Reviews, Risk assessment, Internal Controls Assessment,

Developing policies/SOPs, have participated and made presentations to Senior Management

Experience in internal audit and have been actively involved in different engagements such as internal audit, Controls Testing, IFC Design, Operating Effectiveness testing, regulatory compliance reviews

- Have the ability to work under deadlines and demanding client conditions.

- Be willing to travel within India or abroad for continuous/ long periods of time.

- Have strong soft skills like leadership, inter personal, team and communication skills both verbal and written. Any Sector - {BFSI- Financial Services, NBFC - Domain, Manufacturing, Service- TMT (telecom, media & technology) and FMCG }.
