Manager Internal Audit

BNC is hiring for Food Industry for the post of Manager Internal Audit for Gurgaon location.

1. Develop comprehensive internal audit plans and strategies based on risk assessments.

2. Lead and conduct internal audit engagements, including financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits.

3. Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes, and risk management systems.

4. Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.

5. Present audit findings to senior management and the audit committee. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including external auditors, regulatory bodies, and company management.

6. Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.

7. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

8. Monitor and evaluate the company's risk management processes and internal controls. Supervise and mentor junior audit staff.

9. Provide guidance and training to team members on audit methodologies and best practices.

10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the audit team.

11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

12. Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards.

13. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

14. Provide advisory services to management on internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

15. Assist in the development and enhancement of internal control systems.

16. Participate in special projects and investigations as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. CA with 5-7 years of experience in Internal Audit within a consulting firm.

2. Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, risk assessment methodologies, and auditing techniques.
