Job Title : Internal Audit - Manager

Sub Function : SOX/Internal audit/SSAE 16

Reporting To : Sr. Manager/Partner, Principal, Director

Job responsibilities:

- Demonstrate high level of understanding of clients business in a given industry

- Demonstrate strong knowledge in business processes

- Ability to draft Internal Audit reports including recommendations

- Good understanding and skills to conduct risk assessments and draft internal audit plans

- Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of any ERP

- Manage multiple SOX, SSAE16 and Internal audit engagements in a given industry

- Introduce suitable delivery mechanism and ensure consistent quality deliverables

- Manage and nurture Client relationships

- Manage, mentor, guide, coach teams of senior consultants and consultants on delivery of SOX, SSAE16, Internal audit and other controls engagements. Team size - 10-15 professionals

- lead project planning, staffing, managing client expectations, delivering timely and quality deliverables and billing

- Lead and oversee proposal development or other practice development initiatives including recruitment, trainings, new services, tools and accelerators

- Contribute in implementing organizational processes

- Evaluate, counsel, mentor, and provide feedback on performance of others

- Play substantive role in enhancing relationships with internal Deloitte Resources

Qualification required:

- CA / MBA Tier 2 in related fields; 7 - 9 years of related experience

- BBM / BBA / B. Com; 9-11 yrs. of internal audit or related experience

- Must have one of the certifications - CA, CPA, CIA, CISA, PMP or CFE

- Deep Expertise with SOX/ Internal Audit/ SSAE 16

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills

- Functional skills in ERP (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft/)

- Broad based business awareness

- Ability to develop and build a client base

- Deep understanding of any one industry

- Extensive experience with industry standards and frameworks such as COBIT, COSO etc.

- Global delivery mechanisms preferred

- Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal communication and management experience
