Taking care of the in-house internal audit function for the company.

Job Description

- Lead a selection of audit projects, including planning and execution of internal audit procedures, risk management strategy and internal audit methodologies.

- Take responsibility for the execution of the assigned audit projects from scoping and planning through to wrap-up and final report delivery.

- Leading a team of 14-15 members.

- Ability to lead a audit team from planning to execution to closure.

- Take responsibility for the execution of the assigned audit projects from scoping and planning through to wrap-up and final report delivery

- Utilize technology and tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery

- Initiated and drive innovation in the audits, including use of technology (especially data analytics)

- Contribute ideas and identify potential opportunities to add value to the firm

Desired Candidate Profile

- Any Qualification with minimum 5-8 yrs of post qualification experience into Internal Audits.

- Minimum 4 yrs of related audit (internal audit, IT Audit, SOX compliances, process review, process compliances, SOPs, Enterprise risk management)

- Good experience in Team handling.

- Strong background in project coordination, team management and engagement execution.

- Strong teamwork, integrity and leadership

- Ability to lead a audit team from planning to execution to closure

- Experience of working with team manager to set and execute on goals and responsibilities for group of engagements.
