Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain books of accounts of the foreign clients and regularly update the same based on data received
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
- Research & develop best accounting, analytical and record to report practices
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
- Reconciliations
- Match purchase orders with invoices
- Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management
- Monitor office expenses and tally and enter receipts
- Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
