Reporting : Head of Audit, Asia (ABF)

Travelling : 50-75%

Base location : Gurugram, 5 days in office, IC Role

Job Description:

- Based at the company's office in Gurgaon, you will be required to provide an independent, objective assurance activity to assist the business in maintaining a robust internal control environment in accordance with global company standards.

- Need to adopt a systematic, disciplined, risk-based approach to evaluate the effectiveness of business units' processes and procedures with the use of data analytics or other automated audit tools wherever applicable.

- In order to add value to the business, you should monitor the resolution of control weaknesses identified, including those from management letter points of external auditors or control self-assessment exercise.

- Required to promote the benefits of internal control and facilitate the transfer of best practice among the businesses.

- Expected to foster close and professional working relationship with the business management, which should further enhance the reputation of Internal Audit team.

- Rolling up your sleeves completing your own audits with planned timetable, which may involve the use and management of external resources.

- Highly motivated and a self-starter who is capable of working independently with minimal supervision, yet have the ability to work in a team setting as either a leader or team member. There will be considerable liaison with other members of the Asia and global internal audit team.

- This position will be highly mobile as the job requires extensive travelling within Asia, especially South Asia, and will appeal to an experienced, ambitious and driven candidate, who is keen to make their mark. It is an exciting and high-profile role within the Group with demanding standards and expectations.
