Manager - Internal Assurance

1. Ensure end to end Internal and statutory audit for the company.

2. Examine and improve operating practices, and financial and risk management processes of the organization.

3. Periodic controls and risk highlighting from time to time for multi-function processes

4. Determine scope for internal audit and annual plans in co-ordination with management and internal auditor.

5. Analysis and evaluate technical accounting documentation to ensure correct accounting.

6 Preparation of monthly financial statements standalone and consolidated.

7 Facilitate work of statutory auditors, assist in providing audit schedules to auditor, ensure timely closure.

8. Partner with management/internal departments to determine appropriate remediation steps for recommendations identified by auditors and ensure corrective action is carried out.

9. Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.

10. Liaise for other audits time to time
