Urgently looking for Integration and Transformation role with one of the reputed firm in to Shared Services business st DUBAI.

Role :- INTEGRATION AND TRANSFORMATION

JOB PURPOSE

- The purpose of the job is to drive and support elements of the end to end integration and transformation for new clients. This will be an client facing role requiring strong problem solving and ability to influence senior personnel

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

The job will span across a client lifecycle including integration and transformation.

Integration

- Quality and accuracy of the diagnostic. Timely identification of all key issues linked to migration

- Quality of the pitch document

Transformation

- Identification of key transformation levers

- Operations stakeholder buy-in

- Timely implementation of transformation initiatives with sustained impact

- Impact of the transformation (cost, quality, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, lean maturity)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Integration: To enable contracts for new customers/ units, driving a series of stages in the pre-sales and contracting stage.

- To conduct diagnostics for the operating units for move to assess current practices and performance – specifically with a view to migratability

- To develop a view on improvement potential (cost and quality) for the unit including the levers

- To convincestakeholders on the potential (operations, finance, transformation)

Transformation: To drive transformation across operating units focused on implementing lean practices Operating Model) as well as breakthrough projects

- To make a detailed assessment of the lean maturity of the unit, develop and syndicate a transformation roadmap with the operations leadership with objectives and initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

The candidate should have 2-10 years consulting experience with a top tier management consulting firm, ideally with some exposure to BPO and financial services sectors. BPO experience will be a plus.

Alternatively, the candidate should have around 6-8 years experience in a BPO in a lean / transformation role.

- Understanding of lean principles preferred
