Manager - Insurance Operations/Claims

A prestigious client of Innoquest Consulting, a captive shared services unit of an insurance brokerage firm located in Pune, is seeking a Manager specialized in Claims within the insurance domain.

Mandatory Skills :

- Graduate /Postgraduate in any stream.

- Min of 6 yrs. of Relevant experience in Claims

- In-depth understanding of insurance products, policies, and claims processes.

- Knowledge of different types of insurance (life, health, auto, property, liability, etc.).

- Familiarity with underwriting principles and regulatory compliance in the insurance sector.

- Proven ability to manage a team of claims adjusters, examiners, and other professionals.

- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams to meet performance targets.

- Capability to allocate resources effectively, monitor team performance, and handle escalations.
