Job Description:

As the Team Manager for Channel Partner Relations, your role is multifaceted, involving oversight of day-to-day activities, team management, target achievement, relationship building, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

Team Management and Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team to ensure efficient execution of daily activities, planning, and goal achievement.

- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members to achieve both monthly and annual targets.

Channel Partner Management:

- Manage a team of channel partners to drive revenue generation and cultivate long-term relationships, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.

Operational Issue Resolution:

- Address and resolve complex operational issues spanning multiple branches, leveraging effective problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Recruitment and Training:

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of relationship managers, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent results.

Competitive Planning and Execution:

- Strategize, compete, and execute plans to position our products effectively against competitors within the channel partner network, driving visibility and market share.

End-to-End Process Management:

- Take ownership of the end-to-end process, from login creation to policy issuance, ensuring smooth and timely execution at every stage.

MIS Preparation and Analysis:

- Prepare regular Management Information System (MIS) reports for channel partners and management, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions for enhanced performance.

Communication and Business Development:

- Provide regular updates to superiors and channel heads, offering insights into market dynamics and suggesting strategies for business development based on practical market updates.

- Your role is pivotal in driving business growth, fostering strong relationships with channel partners, and ensuring operational efficiency.

- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential for success in this dynamic and challenging position.
