Currently seeks an ERP-focused Sr Instructional Designer to join our team in Gurgaon.

Primary responsibilities include :

- Audience assessment

- Training curriculum management

- Training material development for both instructor-led and web-based format

- System simulation/recording

- Training delivery and logistics management

- Train-the-Trainer management

- ERP experience (Oracle) and UPK usage/administration experience are preferred.

Job Level Specific Duties :

- Acts as senior on-site / virtual advisor to customer and its team members.

- Assumes a key role in defining the scope of projects, understanding a customer's issues / problems, and conceiving customer deliverables.

- Leads budgeting, resourcing, personnel and administrative management duties in support of its operations.

- Utilizes consulting intellectual property and leverages industry best practices to develop solutions that drive change throughout the entire organization to control costs, increase operational efficiencies, improve productivity, accelerate delivery time, enhance customer service, drive revenue, and cultivate business growth.

- Focuses on understanding the customers- strategic, organizational and management problems and offers solutions as they relate to the future business environment and operational objectives.

Typical Years of Experience : Typically requires 8-10 years relevant experience. (Includes 1-3 years managerial/leadership experience.)

Minimum Education and Certifications : Graduate degree preferred.

- Exceptional influencing and communication skills.

- Advanced client service skills and leadership capabilities.

- Expert knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies. Expert analytical / problem solving skills.

- Advanced budgeting, business financial and P&L skills.

- Strong ability to develop operational and strategic plans.

- Strong ability to lead, coach and develop a matrixed and cross-functional team.

Shifts : Should be ok with Rotational Shifts

Package : Max 8 to 12 LPA (Basis Candidate's Interview and Capabilities)

Must to have : ERP, ILTS, should have worked on some of the web based tools e.g. articulate, storyline, captivate, u-perform, UPK
