Detailed Tasks and/or Expected Output:
i. Develop learning objectives as per the understanding from the client/SMEs discussions, and ensure the content design is in alignment with these objectives
ii. Perform in-depth analysis of the content and requirements shared by the Client
iii. Use instructional design techniques and strategies to develop design documents, storyboards, presentations, worksheets, job aids, assessments, scripts, and other elearning material as required
iv. Rephrase content as required to meet the e-learning needs; suggest the appropriate elearning methodology - including but not limited to web-based learning, microlearning, video modules, animations, interactive playbooks
v. Create innovative and engaging e-learning storyboards for the intended audience, after incorporating new-age and leading best practices
vi. Coordinate with the concerned SME/client for e-learning script and content validation; make necessary modifications as suggested
vii. Develop courses using Articulate Storyline, Captivate and other authoring tools
viii. Collaborate with Visual/ UX Designer, Technical Designer, QA Tester for e-learning production as required
ix. Provide QA support where needed, such as proofreading materials for spelling, grammar, punctuation, consistency and ensuring the e-learning meets intended objectives
x. Create all e-learning collaterals and supporting materials, including but not limited to agendas, schedules, quick reference guides, handouts, job aids, trainer/learner guides, FAQs, feedback forms, quizzes/ assessments/ tests to evaluate and measure learner knowledge
xi. Coordinate and program manage the engagement independently, manage administrative and compliance related tasks and activities
