1. Contribute to the design, development, and continuous evolvement of Training technology and tooling, ensuring the Instructional Design team is at the forefront of industry and professional advancements
2. Partner with the Training Leadership team to ensure all development projects are in alignment with business priorities and Operations audience expectations; developing realistic timelines based on team resource capacity
3. Collaborate with external training content vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality learning program design and deployment; as and when programmatic needs dictate
4. Recommend instructional methodologies, such as bite-size vignettes, simulation exercises, and classroom facilitation as appropriate for organizational requirements, learning outcomes and learner characteristics
