- Institutional Sales of Food products, Covering HoReCa channels. this includes corporate, hotels, Retail Institutions (Govt. or Non Govt.) and other institutional clients.
- Responsible for new Business development for the entire product portfolio.
- Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve service sales volume and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development.
- Responsible for planning, negotiating and concluding annual Tie-ups.
- Monitor Competitors activity in Market.
- To ensure optimum visibility of all brands across channels on mutual basis.
- Defined five internal processes i.e. Lead Generation, Customer Contact & Sales Delivery, Consumer Experience, Customer Relationship Management & Claims Management.
- To continuously explore opportunities to engage consumers and extend brand experience .
- Planning and monitoring innovative promotional activities in various Sales Institutions successfully.
