Job Description - This is an Institutional Sales role for CPC/CSD and INCS bodies in India for a key FMCG organisation

Client Details

Our client is an American organisation with a deep footprint in India. They have been growing form strength to strength in the FMCG space and with innovative strategies around sales and marketing, they have been one of the biggest names in the global market. They are looking for a National Manager - Institutional Sales (CPC/CSD/INCS) who would be overseeing the patch and would handle relationships with these key accounts.

Description

The incumbent would be reporting into the Sales Director - New Business and would be responsible for the following:

- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives

- Research key customer wants and needs


- Suggest solutions that answer clients needs and wants


- Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner


- Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams


- Resolve customer's complaints in an effective and respectful way


- Gather, report and communicate customer's feedback on service, technology and product delivery


- Research and source new potential clients


- Measure, track and analyse key account metrics


- Create reports for upper management


- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices


Profile

- The successful applicant should have at least 10 years of extensive experience in sales in the FMCG space with a detailed understanding of the Canteen Store Departments within India.


- They should have aggresively worked as a National KAM for CSD/CPC and INCS Institutions. He/she should have an analytic approach towards understanding and solving problems and have a proven experience in driving and leveraging people skills and motivations.
