Our client is a renowned financial institution looking out for its Institutional Sales - Manager in Mumbai.
Overview of job:-
We are looking for an Institutional Sales, who will be responsible for engaging with institutional clients and promoting equity investment opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, presenting investment proposals to the Institutions, providing market insights and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new clients across segments Like Banks, Corporates and SMEs and build the institutional/corporate client base
- Responsible for locating potential sales leads through market research and following up to convert leads into business relationship
- Meeting Fund Manager and Analyst of various Institutions
- Connect with Mutual Funds, and Insurance Companies
- Generating innovative ideas for new client acquisition
- Leverage on market opportunities and develop new client relationships and accounts
- Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field (CA, CFA, MBA, MMS)
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Equity Sales & Institutional Sales
- Knowledge of Institutional Investments and Equities
- Excellent communication, presentation, & interpersonal skills
- Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional clients
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- A strong background in finance & a deep understanding of the financial industry
