Manager - Inside Sales


Job Responsibilities:

- Day to day liaison with Overseas Customers, proactively understand Customer`s Needs and offer immediate solution to their Needs/ Situation.

- Managing Pre & Post Export Documentation.

- Handle Inbound Calls to address the customer's queries regarding the Product Portfolio.

- Follow up with the customers to expedite their Orders.

- Coordinate with Plants/ Logistics for timely shipment to the Customer/ respective Country.

- Ensuring Customer`s Delight and stay connected with Customer throughout - Order. to Delivery Stage.

- Preparation sharing timely updates/ of MIS on Demand Generation/ Sales Orders.


- Establish and maintain daily communication with overseas customers, proactively understanding their needs and offering immediate solutions to any issues or situations that may arise.


- Manage pre and post-export documentation processes efficiently. Handle inbound calls, addressing customer queries regarding the product portfolio with professionalism and accuracy.


- Follow up with customers to expedite their orders and ensure timely delivery.


- Coordinate with production plants and logistics teams to ensure shipments are made promptly to customers or respective countries.


- Ensure customer satisfaction by staying connected with customers throughout the order to delivery stage, resolving any issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of service.


- Prepare and share timely updates and management information system (MIS) reports on demand generation and sales orders.


Desired Skill Set:

- Proficiency in any foreign language would be added advantage.

- Must be well versed with MS Excel / PowerPoint.

- Proficient in Computers/ MS Office.

- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in customer service or relationship management, preferably in an international context.


- Proficiency in any foreign language would be an added advantage.


- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation purposes.


- Proficient in computer skills and MS Office suite for effective communication and documentation.
