Position: Inside Sales Manager_Upsell Location: Bangalore Company: Well Known Internet Company Job Responsibilities: - Lead, manage and motivate the Upsell team and actively participate in the hiring, performance management, developing, mentoring, coaching, etc. - Will lead a team of specialists and be responsible for delivering revenue target for the Upsell Team - To identify customer segments, lead generation, and tracking, conversion of leads into opportunity resulting in closures. - Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing clients - Work closely with the marketing and growth teams to come up with revenue generation strategies to target existing customers - Build a deeper understanding of customers and their requirements. - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for the Function.
