We are looking for relevant candidates to fill the following position with a client in staffing services domain.
Position - Manager - Inside Sales ( Staffing Services )
Education - Grad/ MBA
Experience - 5 - 8 years ( preferably in staffing industry )
Location - Bangalore ( Only locals or those committed to relocate to Bangalore being considered )
Compensation - Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience
Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile -
1. Candidate should have experience in building a highly effective and productive sales organization, should have the proven experience and skills to hire, train and motivate a sales team. Candidate would be responsible for building an organization and leading and motivating a team to grow company's business. This is a great opportunity for the person who wants to have full accountability to build a department, to build and train an organization of highly motivated and productive inside sales people. The Manager will recruit, lead and mentor a central outbound inside sales team, supervising all activities relating to prospective B to B customers who avail the organization's products and services. This position is for that individual who has experience building and leading a sales department, an individual who will take into consideration the past experience of the company, learn from that and then bring his/her experience to the table to build and create a new operating environment for the organization.
2. Candidate will build and maintain a team of inside sales reps who will be charged with growing the company's business leads in assigned territories. Create a process and data driven workflow to manage demand generation and lead generation. Collaborate with IT, Field Operations, and other internal and external resources, define and support departmental data needs including contact management and prospecting tools; activity reporting (phone and otherwise), and sales reporting. Maintain accurate, detailed, and relevant customer contact data. Develop and execute ongoing product training programs. Develop selling scripts and other relevant tools. Collaborate with other departments to align with company's objectives and priorities. Create and maintain an effective compensation structure and performance metrics. Personally be involved with, and monitor activities and results with largest and key customer base.
3. He/ she should have a Bachelors degree and relevant experience with a minimum 5 years direct Inside Sales Management or direct selling. Experience managing telesales activities/teams, including CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales campaign management. Technical acumen and ability and interest to learn organization's products. Ability to work independently and as part of a team and with numerous functional groups across the company. Good skills in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proven experience to build, lead, motivate and train a team to produce the required results. Strong customer and relationship building skills leading to customer base growth. Strong organizational, interpersonal and expert level written and verbal communication skills. Strong decision-making capabilities with proactive approach to problem solving.
