Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prospect Engagement & Pitching: Proactively engage with HR leaders and key business decision-makers across various industries and global markets to effectively pitch our comprehensive recruitment solutions.
- Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting: Identify, qualify, and nurture potential prospects through targeted outreach and effective communication.
- Successfully set up qualified appointments for the sales team to pursue mandate closures.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Consistently follow up with leads at various stages of the sales cycle to build and maintain a robust and healthy sales pipeline.
- CRM Data Management: Accurately maintain and diligently update all lead information, interactions, and progress within Zoho CRM to ensure data integrity and efficient tracking.
- Lead Generation Strategies: Employ a multi-faceted approach to generate new leads through thorough research, strategic outreach initiatives, and proactive networking.
- Global Market Focus: Leverage your ability to connect with clients globally, understanding their specific needs and tailoring your approach accordingly.
- Performance & Target Achievement: Thrive in a results-driven environment and consistently strive to meet and exceed individual and team targets for qualified meetings and lead generation.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 35 years of proven experience in inside sales, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in a B2B environment or within the recruitment/staffing industry.
- Global Meeting Setting: Demonstrated track record of successfully setting up meetings and engaging with clients on a global scale.
- Persuasive Communication: Exceptional ability to quickly grab a clients attention, articulate value propositions concisely, and create genuine interest in our recruitment solutions within a short timeframe.
- B2B Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, consultative selling techniques, and the nuances of engaging with business decision-makers.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience and proficiency in utilizing Zoho CRM for lead management, tracking, and reporting.
- Go-Getter Attitude: A proactive, self-motivated, and persistent "go-getter" attitude with an inherent drive to achieve results.
- Resilience: Perseverance and the ability to navigate challenges and setbacks in the pursuit of sales objectives
