Manager - Inside Sales
(Male Candidates for US Shift)
Timings: 6pm to 3am
Location: Bangalore, India

Responsibility
- Prospecting, pitching & closing sales -- Pipeline Management
- Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
- Maintaining and developing relationships with potential customers via telephone calls and emails
- Negotiating commercial terms to close sales
- Follow up for collections on customer payments
- Gathering market and customer information
- Understanding customer objections and addressing them
- Cross selling and Upselling to new & existing customers
- Ensure that the sales targets are met for self and team
Need to have
- 5-6 years of Inside sales (hunting) experience in selling software solutions, preferably involved in concept selling
- Experience in mapping and engaging decision makers at C/D level.
- Must have handled revenue targets and achieved the same
- Excellent verbal & presentation skills
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools like ZOHO / SalesForce / Sugar etc.
- Ability to make technical sales and learn new technology.
- Experience in selling into US market
- Experience in handling a sales team
Good to have
- Prior experience in handling sales in SMB sector
- Domain experience in Telecommunication would be an added value
- MBA with a specialization in sales is a bonus
Mandatory requirements

3. Team handling experience
4. Atleast 3 years of selling experience in North American Market
5. Preferably Bangalore based
6. NP of not more than 1 month. Immediate joinees are preferred.
