As a Manager - Inside Sales, you will be responsible to:
1. Drive end to end sales for the Global Market (US/EMEA/APAC) through a reporting team of Account Executives/Sr. Account Executives
2. Own the revenue targets for the global geography and the team
3. Establishe annual and quarterly sales quotas for regions and territories
4. Work with leadership to assign sales team members appropriate territories
5. Support sales enablement programs, Quarterly Business Reviews and Sales Kick Offs
6. Implement team sales programs by developing sales action plans
7. Develop world class team by mentoring, counseling and coaching employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising results and related reviews
