Job Description:
- Inside Sales Manager (IS Manager), will be responsible for generating new customer prospects over the phone and owning the sales cycle from end to end.
- Responsibilities include generating new business through prospecting with outbound calling, email, inbound inquiries and marketing events.
- The ISM will be responsible for positioning the solution,value proposition, generating the interest in our products and nurturing the lead appropriately to generate and work on opportunities. Outstanding performers will be rewarded with direct sales opportunities in respective regions. (Middle East or South East Asia)
- Warm-call prospects that are generated by external sources of leads
- Identify influencers and decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
- Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need and timeline (BANT)
- Collaborate with sales managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects
- Understanding the client needs & pain points
- Ensure follow-up by passing leads to sales managers with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on
- Set up and independently deliver digital sales presentations, solution/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales opportunities
Key Skills: Experience -3-5 years
Qualification: MBA in Sales and Marketing - Mandatory
Target Industries: IT Software (Mandatory)
Most Important:
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in selling to CXOs/VPs/Director
OR
- MBA in Sales and Marketing with 3-5 years of experience working in Inside Sales
