Responsibilities:
1. Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand FutureSoft's presence in the Americas and UK markets, focusing on e-commerce services and related solutions.
2. End-to-End Sales: Take ownership of the sales process, from lead generation through to closing deals and revenue realization.
3. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and leverage sales intelligence tools like Loosha, Zoominfo, etc., to identify potential clients and market trends.
4. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the lead generation team, guiding them in creating market-specific campaigns tailored to your specific territories.
5. Internal Coordination: Effectively communicate client requirements to internal delivery teams, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 4-6 years of demonstrated success in selling e-commerce solutions, website and app development services, marketing tools, or similar solutions in the Americas/UK market. Candidates with existing relationships within potential accounts and partner organizations will be given preference.
2. Sales Expertise: Proven ability to navigate complex sales processes, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Market Intelligence: Strong understanding of these markets, backed by proficient use of sales intelligence tools for lead generation and market analysis.
4. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
5. Leadership: Ability to influence and drive internal teams to deliver outstanding results for clients.
