RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Hire, Train, and Manage a team of Lead generation Reps primarily responsible for creating inbound sales opportunities
2. Motivate Individuals and Teams to exceed objectives through coaching, weekly one-on-ones, daily metric tracking and creative incentives
3. Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
- Oversee and monitor the effective use of CRM tools
4. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales Operations to refine processes, talk tracks and update training documentation
5. Ensure positive and collaborative working relationships with both the Marketing and Sales organizations to maximize the revenue.
6. Provide ongoing feedback to the Lead Generation team to help drive the highest quality results from the Sales team
7. Compile daily and weekly reports for quality assurance and to drive active feedback
