Job Responsibilities :
- This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strong collaboration with internal & external stakeholders
- You will be responsible for planning, identify business opportunities and executing sales campaigns to sell IT Services such as RPA, Testing, DevOps, Application Development and Staffing to US based prospects.
- Plan lead generation thru market research, targeted calling, email, LinkedIn campaigns and use of data from Discovery.org type of services
- Work closely with the US based sales team and senior management
Requirements :
- A self-motivated, passionate Inside Sales Manager with minimum 5 plus years of experience into software domain.
- Must understand IT Services Business and ideally must have worked for IT Services company in pre-sales, sales or inside sales role.
- Driven by self with strong communication skills - communicate, present, assert and speak to senior executives
- Must have excellent email, telephone and social etiquette with capabilities to have shorter conversations
- Experience of selling services such as RPA, Testing, DevOps, Application Development and Staffing to US based prospects
- Should have worked with revenue targets and have consistently achieved the targets
- Must be willing to work during US hours
