Responsibilities:

- Have an in-depth understanding of the products or services being sold to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

- Manage and Nurture the team. Help the team in identifying leads and converting them into opportunities for sales. Guide them in Cold calling and building connections via social media and other platforms.

- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.

- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver presentations to showcase products or services to customers.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in a CRM system.

- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to adapt sales approaches accordingly.

- Collaborate with other departments like marketing and customer support.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of the Software product or service being sold, as well as the industry in which they operate.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers effectively.

- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other sales tools.

- The capacity to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

- Knowledge of various sales techniques, such as consultative selling or solution selling.

- The drive and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
