Manager Inside Sales for a start up - Hyderabad
- Build and Manage overall sales process for India and Overseas
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
- Set and manage sales department budgets
- Track, analyze and present sales metrics to senior leadership
- Ensure that the high standards of the organization are maintained and enforced when necessary.
- He/she also has the role to train assigned team members, who are usually made up of people from varying backgrounds, and different levels of experience.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and associates.
- Manage Andhra and Telangana region and a team size of 60 to 80.
- Prefer candidates with experience in Tier 2 / Tier 3 markets form FMCG / Telecom/ Ed-Tech or any consumer products / services background.
- Lead generation through digital marketing and word of mouth.
- Robust leadership abilities and an innovative, entrepreneurial attitude
