Position: Inside Sales Manager

Job Description:
As an inside salesperson, one will get an opportunity to carry out the entire B2B sales process independently. The process includes prospecting, creating leads, setting up meetings with the prospect, need assessment, handling objections and closing the deal over the phone or online meeting. The incumbent will have a designated book of business to do so and engage with the CXO/Decision makers/influencers directly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proper research of the accounts in your portfolio
- Cold calling and emails
- Driving high call volume to cover more ground as early as possible
- Finding prospective business through online/webex meetings
- Generating and maintaining business pipeline
- Closing deals and achieving targets
- Manage the portfolio of existing customers
- Operate on CRM to ensure authentic account summary
Preferable skills :
- Good Verbal and written communication
- Strong Understanding of sales process
- Strong Internet and research skills
- Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a the lead
