JD for Inside Sales Manager
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls for an assigned territory.
- Setting the sales targets, tracking the progress and reporting results on a periodic basis.
- Onboarding new doctors and managing the key accounts. The role will involve 80% of sales to be monitored closely telephonically from the office and rest need to travel to visit the client if required
- Managing the tele sales team for the assigned region and resolve problems, if any, currently being faced by the team.
- Coordinating with marketing team on lead generation. Conducting regular events for onboarding new doctors and engaging with existing doctors in the local area
- Achieve the targets related to market penetration.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business or related field. MBA will be preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in field sales and customer relationship management.
- Ability to use MS excel is mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be a number driver person.
