Manager - Innovation & Start-up Specialist (Advisory) (5-10 yrs)

About the role :

Innovation and startup specialist will work on the new entrepreneurship initiative, focusing on innovation activities making best use of emerging technologies, supporting start-ups, SMEs and entrepreneurship, from early stage to scaling up.

Job description (Tier 1 colleges ONLY) :

- Understand and monitor the entrepreneurship and start-up.

- Propose creative measures to seed the innovative solutions resulting from Research & Innovation actions, scaling them up to become new commercial products and/or new companies;

- Support the organization of activities targeting mobile application developers and other entrepreneurs, such as hackathons, prize competitions, start-up support actions etc. Specific tasks and responsibilities

Key skills :

- Start-ups support

- Knowledge of Apps design and development

- Knowledge of Artificial intelligence, quantum and connectivity,

- Knowledge of Automation, Internet of things, Big Data and new concepts of Mobility

Desired qualification: B.Tech & MBA (Tier 1 colleges ONLY)

- Virtual On-boarding shall take place for the moment. Physical Office shall resume later based on the company's policy.

Required Qualification:

Graduation - Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.)
