Manager - Innovation Foundation - FMCG

One of our Leading FMCG Client is looking out for Manager Innovation Foundation.

Purpose of the Role:

- Identify, Create and manage key programs that help foster innovation in the social ecosystem across India.

Key Deliverables of the Role:

- Create growth agenda for Innovation Foundation

- Drive key projects and programs of the Foundation like Social Innovation Acceleration Program (business and social innovations) of social organizations, Creating a thought leadership platform for Innovation

- Create continues engagement opportunity with Innovative business and social organisations

- Manage the network of innovators, stakeholders and other interfaces of various MIF initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Ideate and co-create new product/ program offerings in the Innovation space as part of the MIF portfolio

- Manage key social enterprises as a part of the Social Innovation Acceleration Programme

- Work closely with the acceleration programme partners to ensure maximum direct impact in social innovations

- Work on initiatives to increase the reach of MIF activities through online and offline mediums

- Create and execute a relevant internal and external stake-holders plan (ecosystem) for the Foundation. e.g.: partnering with Funds, content leaders, other foundations.
