Job Purpose:
- The Primary function of the role would be responsible for driving the end to end innovation process for brands across categories. Creating and managing brand innovation projects from concept development to market launch by working effectively with a broad cross-functional team
- Responsible for devising and driving ecommerce and digital initiatives for all brands across categories
Key Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to own and drive the innovations & Develop concept (working closely with the Global Knowledge Insights Team, Brand Marketing Team)
- Scoping out the project plan (in consultation with R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain Team) Commercialize (working closely with the finance team, Trade marketing team, Sales team)
- There is a lot of emphasis on project management as part of this role.
- This role requires- right from the creation of the project plan, to updates in a timely manner along with stakeholder's alignment (across functions) which would include strategically influencing and networking with the key stakeholders to build commitment for flawless execution of projects across regions.
- Develop and driving ecommerce and digital initiatives across categories
- Formulate a mechanism to track and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives
- Closely work with the brand team, design agencies and external vendors to develop and drive digital initiatives across the premium category.
- Understand global digital trends and gain insights which can be adapted locally.
