Manager - Innovation - Conglomerate

We have an opening for Manager Innovation role with one of our client which is one of the biggest conglomerates in India.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 8 to 13 years

- Scoping and Building strong Business cases for opportunities in discussion

- Onboarding the business teams to a common vision of project

- Crafting and Strengthening initial idea to a commercially valid strong product and proposition

- Owning or Supporting teams through product development & Mix development

- Guiding projects to launch and supporting post launch to first milestones.

- Understand category intelligence, consumer and Technology trends & future growth drivers.

- Generate regular category insights that could trigger new possibilities

- Identifying Impactful/ breakthrough Innovation opportunities for the Category

- Project management and Process Governance

- Follow a customer out solutioning process & ensure customer centricity at every stage

- Validating customer/consumer/ brand relevance at various stages
