Excellent opportunity for Infrastructure Service Manager

We currently have an opportunity for Infrastructure Service Manager with reputed service based company at Bangalore/Pune / Gurgaon

IT Operations professionals support infrastructure operations and/or manage delivery for IT production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements.

Job Description :

- In-depth Knowledge of Enterprise Systems/Network Monitoring Tools (NNMI,NAS,NPS)/server management(OMI, Sites Scope, Ops bridge)/Configuration management especially on HP UCMDB, UDI/UDF, Report and analytic management using SHR and SHA.

- Good understanding of Automation/Integration/ Orchestration especially on HP tools

- Pre-sales Activities (Ability to develop Solutions and responses to RFP/RFI)

- HP NNM. HP NNM, HP OVO, HP Omi, HP OPS Bridge, HP NA, HP SHR, HP SHA, HP UDI,HP UDF, HP UCMDB.

- Very good knowledge on Project Management with experience on large program drives
