Job Description : The role is a part of the Infrastructure research and strategy team aligned to Canadian markets. Being a team handling role looking for professionals with exposure to infrastructure areas like Smart City, Transportation sector, and the broader infrastructure sector. The role involves interaction with leaders in international geographies and providing subject matter expertise as and when needed. Open for Mumbai Location too.

Client Details : Our client is a leading organization in the field of business & strategic consulting. This role lies under their Infrastructure team which provides services in the areas of Strategy, Economic and Policy research, Project Procurement and Commercial Advisory, Capital projects and Asset Management, and Mega Projects.

Description :

As a Manager you'll be responsible for :

- Client Delivery

- Driving the design of commercial and financial analysis e.g. market analysis, business model analysis, competitive benchmarking, etc.

- Being actively involved in structuring the client outputs and its delivery quality as per the standards.

- Leading and delivering commercial and market reviews, strategic studies, and business plan reviews for infrastructure projects/clients.

- Practice Development

- Directing, managing, and mentoring junior team members on engagements

- Train and mentor junior staff and contribute to the overall skills enhancement and experience of the team

- Proactively keeping up to date in your field of the profession on a global level

- Strategy Road-Map :

- Work closely with business leaders providing SME in the area of study.

- Manage relationships with Canadian stakeholders and provide inputs for the projects.

Profile :

- MBA/PGDBM from a leading Indian/International educational institution.

- Relevant experience(8-11years) gained in either Strategy consulting firms, Corporate roles, or similar deal experience in the relevant sector/ propositions (as applicable)

- Have experience of or exposure of working on one or more infrastructure sector/sub-sectors like Power, Transport, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Property/Estates or Utilities, etc.

- Understand Financial analysis and interpretation.

- Having familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI/Qliksense/Tableau would be an advantage.
