Manager - Infrastructure Research & Strategy
As a Manager in team you will be responsible, amongst other things for:
Delivering Client Engagements:
- Leading and delivering commercial and market reviews, strategic studies, and business plan reviews for infrastructure projects/clients.
- Driving the design of commercial and financial analysis e.g. market analysis, business model analysis, competitive benchmarking, etc.
- Being actively involved in structuring the client outputs and its delivery
- Securing additional work for the current engagement or for related opportunities
Stakeholder management:
- Actively building and managing the relationships and interface with Global Infrastructure teams and other deal advisory professionals
- Supporting onshore teams on initiatives including preparation of proposals and expressions of interest
Practice Development:
- Directing, managing, and mentoring junior team members on engagements
- Train and mentor junior staff and contribute to the overall skills enhancement and experience of the team
- Recruiting, managing, and contributing to the development of junior staff
- Ensuring quality and risk management procedures are completed to the appropriate standard
- Pro-actively keeping up to date in your field of profession on a global level
- Contributing to point of views, thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice development
