Manager - Infrastructure Partner Governance - Telecom

We are looking for a TM - Infrastructure Partner Governance with a leading mobile network operator based at Indore.

Job Purpose : IP Governance

Experience : 3 to 9 yrs , Experience in network BSS/Electrical operations

Education : Graduation - BE (Electrical ) +MBA (good to have)

CTC : Standard Industry Hike

Working Conditions : Regular office hours, 5 days , Willing to travel within the zone.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:

- Responsible for all Infra related O&M Activities with all the IP Partners.

- Upgradation & Infra Support extension to internal Customers.

- Responsible for implementation of automation & cost-effective measures.

- Maintain Infra uptime as per defined SLA & driving various projects with IP Partners to maintain operations at Sites.

- Coordination with IP vendors for Infra uptime and signoff.

- Coordinate with project and optimization teams for new rollout and network KPI improvement.

- Support to BSS Team, coordination to achieve highest network availability of System.
