IT Manager - Plant

PLEASE READ THE JD:

1. Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise informaon and facilitates IT security audits or invesgaons.

2. Collaborate with all company departments to assess and recommend technologies that support their needs and opmize their work by co-coordinang and integrang the informaon resources throughout the organizaon.

3. Develop a strategy as it relates to the organizaon's IT infrastructure (computer and informaon systems, cloud, security, and communicaon systems).

4. Be responsible for the growth of the IT team -including individuals' career growth, skillset development, and hiring the right resources.

5. Develop, manage, and track the IT department's annual budget. Deploy and manage databases for company website, ERP, CRM, HRMS etc.

6. Liaising with department heads, system users and other stakeholders to ensure maximum effecveness of IT operaons.

7. Accountable for all Infrastructure soluons and services across Cloud (both AWS and Azure), Network and Security services.

8. Manage all IT Processes associated with Technology, SAP, Web development.

9. Develops and implements business connuity protocols to minimize disrupon to business operaons in the event of emergency situaons or data loss.

10. Ensure the security of data, network access and backup systems Idenfy problemac areas and implement strategic soluons in me.

11. Ensure all IT related queries raised by end users are addressed and resolved.
