Manager - Information Technology

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Configuration and Troubleshooting of Exchange Trading Software's like Omnisys/ GreekSoft/ Utrade

- Experience of managing Exchange Trading Softwares, Corporate managers, Admin Terminals & Direct Terminals of various Exchanges independently. UAT testing of Omnesys/ GreekSoft/ Utrade

- Responsible to provide low latency network connectivity to national and international stock exchanges

- Working on CTCL process of various exchanges

- Knowledge of TAP IP, Broadcast and POP lines

- Knowledge of Co-Location Network (TBT, TCP IP and UDP etc.)

- Knowledge of Market Data and OMS

- Manage information technology and computer systems

- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations

- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time

- Preserve assets, information security and control structures

- Working with Cisco routing and switching devices, network management and monitoring tools

- Configuration of subnets, ports, VLANs, and network protocols

- Developing, troubleshooting, and administering fiber and Ethernet Local Area Networks and integration with Wide-Area Networks

- Experience with TCP/IP fundamentals and routing protocols (e.g., EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, or MPLS)

- Experience in network protocol function and troubleshooting (e.g., BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, or STP)

- Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customers' networks and in house servers

- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications

- Ensure network security and connectivity

- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses

- Define network policies and procedures

- Research and make recommendations on server system administration

- Excellent communication for interfacing with developers, users, infrastructure teams, architects, and any external partners.

- Security hardening experience

- Managing Cloud Network (NSGs SGs Route Table Load Balancer WAF Cloud Firewall etc)

- Review hardware and software acquisition and maintenance contracts and pursue master agreements

- Ensure equipment and software operations is compliant Act as an escalation point for the technical issues pursued within the Network Services team
