- End to end planning to execution of all brand influencer campaigns.
- Create the campaigns around the marketing strategy - finalise on the KPIs to track success
- Identify and reach out to influencers the brand could partner with. Manage once onboarded
- Assist with content creation - assuring the creatives are aligned with brand guidelines
- Track and report the performance of the campaigns
- Build a solid working relationship with the influencers finding a common ground where both parties achieve their goals.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team - especially with the social media manager
- Keep a tap on latest trends on social media and also with the influencers community.
- Develop models of engagement with onboarded influencers based on categories.
- Work and coordinate with agencies as and when needed.
- Contribute to the entire UGC goals of the brand using influencer network
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven influencer marketing experience of 2-3 years
- Solid working knowledge of social media. Platforms like Instagram, FB, Youtube, Linkedin and twitter are a must.
