Salary Range: 9 - 14 LPA

Position : Manager/AGM - IR & Compliance

Experience: 8 - 11 Years

Qualification : MSW/MBA

Location : Bangalore

Please note the JD for the position :

- Formulate IR Policy

- Identify Core / Sensitive areas which are likely to get impacted by IR issues

- Critically evaluate all Units and assign risk rating (High/Medium/Low)

- Identify sensitive areas where outsourcing is currently in place e. g: Drivers deployment at Airside in GHIAL

- Early Warning System - Establish Intelligence collection mechanism by Raxa Ops & IR for all units.

- Involve Unit Level CR & CSR teams in building relations & engagement

- Regular monitoring / periodically review for corrective & preventive action

- Managing Single PF Code Account - Consolidation of PF Amount across group and ensure payment on time under single PF account. Filing monthly/annual returns across group companies

- Managing Gratuity & Superannuation Trusts

- Filing of IT returns related to Gratuity and Superannuation Trusts in time.

- Ensure remittance of Statutory Payments within timelines

- Ensure Compliances pertaining to PT, LWF and Shop and Establishment related to Bangalore location

- Ensure Labour Law Compliances across the Group
