JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Directly Handle labour problems, strategies and negotiations with Internal / External Unions and Contractors, and ensure a peaceful industrial relations climate.
2) Ensure the smooth running of operations in a cost effective manner despite constraints of laws and other statutory regulations.
3) Maintain contacts and deal effectively with government authorities/local dignitaries as required.
4) Ensure Labour productivity, Labour compliance, contract updates.

7) Experience in handling factory setups, unions, IR activities

- 8-10 yrs experience (Textile background)
- Green Field experience is must in Textile Workmen hiring, Statutory formalities (Licensing for Setting up Factory)
- Must have worked in factories throughout 8-10 yrs
- Age less than 35 years
