Education:-MBA/PGDM

Exp:-(4-10) Yrs Exp in Industrial Relation

Job Responsinbilities:

1. Union Management and Negotiation.

2. Ensure healthy and effective IR environment through union engagement and evolving practices at the factory.

3. Facilitate implementation of factory security and HSES processes. Drive awareness and capability.

4. Ensure compliance of all statutory compliances relevant to permanent and contractual labour.

5. Maintain good relations with relevant external regulatory bodies like labour department.

6. Ensure complete & capable manning at factory so as to enable timely & quality production. Drive capability building agenda for workmen, performance management systems.

7. Undertaking actions to ensure maximum employee engagement.

8. Ensure, maintain and update local auditable procedures.

9. Management of the training infrastructure & processes for the site operations.

10. Overview of site administration through the Administration Officer.
