Manager - Industrial Relations is required for a Fortune 500 Manufacturing Company.
The incumbent should be a full time Post Graduate in HR passed out in 2012 / 2013 from premiere institute like XLRI/ TISS / SIBM / SCMHRD / MDI / NMIMS / IIM etc with 2 years to 3 years of post MBA experience in HR & IR out of which she should have at least 6 months of experience in Industrial Relations / Employee Relations with a reputed Manufacturing Company.
